Book Acomb hotels

We thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice.

Absolutely could not fault the staff. The room was clean and we enjoyed being close to York St John University and the shopping hub of the city centre. The food was okay although at breakfast there was sometimes bits missing or run out- no hot water for tea, run out of sausages, etc…. The staff were very attentive and the little texts to check in on us during our stay were lovely.

Great location, great breakfast and clean and modern room

Our first visit to Harrogate. Came to see our grandsons passing out parade, at the army barracks Had a great stay at doubletree. Was given a great room. Swimming pool and spa was excellent. Perfect for visiting Harrogate. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only bad thing was the car parking charge . Would like to return, but not sure we want to pay the car park charge.

Really nice stylish hotel with lovely staff and facilities. Because of a delay we arrived at the hotel after the cut off for breakfast but they went out of their way to get us a bite to eat,only a bacon bun but much appreciated.

The divided bathroom, the luxurious towels, the heated towel rack, the very large room, the substantial table and chairs in the room, and the friendly and helpful concierge Freddie and the footman Jake.
