We had a two bedroom, one and a half bath. It was very spacious. But the bedroom carpets were filthy dirty and smelled like dog urine. The floors did not look very clean, especially the bathroom corners. The furniture in the front room was filthy dirty and the TV was small. Whenever we needed dishwasher pods the front desk would only give us one! The room definitely needed a thorough cleaning. The upside to our stay was the path to the beach which was right behind the property. We will not be staying at this place again in the future.

The staff were stupendous, friendly and helpful. There was a glitch in our reservation and we had to change rooms, but the staff went above and beyond on what was a very busy weekend. All of the properties in Ocean Shores are struggling and it they are all a little worse for wear. But the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Parking was great. Their restaurant has closed - but we had a full fridge, stove - kitchen and that was great. Even the smaller rooms seemed to have a kitchenette. I’d stay here again

I used to stay at the Polynesian Resort in Ocean Shores regularly, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly over the past couple of years. During our recent visit, we encountered numerous cleanliness issues — dirty and stained blankets, a pull-out bed in poor condition, and carpets that were filthy and damaged. On the second-level balcony, another guest’s blankets sat outside their door for over 24 hours without being picked up by staff. Our own balcony had a can full of cigarette butts when we arrived. The TV was not mounted as expected, instead sitting on a table while the empty wall mount stuck out awkwardly. Dishes in the room were dirty, so we had to hand wash them before use. It was so unclean that we didn’t allow our dog to lie directly on the floor, instead laying down blankets for him. Given the condition of the room, it feels unreasonable to charge a pet fee — we left the room in cleaner condition than when we arrived. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as this used to be a wonderful place to stay, but at present, I can’t recommend it.

This hotel has been there forever! I remember staying there as a kid over 25 years ago. I enjoyed it then and I enjoyed it now. I have to admit I was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and did not know that until the day we arrived however the manager offered a couple of options to make up for it. The tub did start working on our last night but the water wasn’t warmed up enough to enjoy it. The pool is not heated so be warned it’s cold. It did not stop my kids from enjoying it though. Also the beach is a short walk from the hotel just put on bug spray, the mosquitos are thick through there. What impressed me the most was their beds! The best sleep I have ever gotten at a hotel. I definitely will be returning. They made us feel right at home.

Cute, nice room, lovely staff, the pool was actually deep enough to swim in unlike many others. The main elevator was a little scary and had a weird smell, otherwise it was super nice! The room was very spacious and nice, Beds were comfortable.

The room was large for a 2 bdrm and nice that the master had a half bath. The carpet was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned badly or changed to wood like other areas in the unit. Loved having kitchen accessories. Very pleased with all of the seating but the furniture is extremely outdated and the sofa was a bit dirty. The 2 balconies is definitely a plus especially the one off the master bedroom as it allows entry from the bedroom.

The description on your website was totally inaccurate. The photos weren't accurate. It was like a bait and switch. The hotel is dirty....there was an underlying odor to the place much like dirt being covered up with deoderant. Our room was unacceptable. We would have left this place had we not be upgrated to a better room. Overall soooo disapointed.
