Room was clean, roomy, comfortable. Area was questionable but we had no issues. Check-in was slow due to a computer system that probably needs ipdating. Desk clerk had to enter my name and address.

The room was nice and clean. However, my dad didn't have a coffee pot in his room and there was none available in the lobby on Saturday and had to grab some from our room. There was coffee in the lobby on Sunday though when we checked out.

We loved our stay! The are obviously remodelling and our unit needed new carpet and updated tub, but everything else was great! The large King room, comfy bed and ample refrigerator was much appreciated

I stay ONLY here when in town. The staff have always been respectful ans helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious..some rooms are more "dated" than others and all freezers in each roo. Are overfrozen and difficult to put items in.

Booked this motel based on the ratings and the cleanliness rating. When we first pulled in I was skeptical it was going to be a good room, but once we were assigned our room I was relieved to see that the room was updated and clean.

Not impressed with receptionist...seemed disinterested and she was eating her dinner on the counter when we arrived. Room was dark, dated and tiles around bath dirty. Hairdryer didn't work & iron left dirty mark on trousers when we tried touse it. Receptionist again was disinterested when we told her about these issues. Lots of traffic and train noise. Would not book this place again

I gave one star for the actual room because it exceeded my expectations and was relatively clean. The receptionist and check in process made it to where we will likely not stay again which is unfortunate being there’s only so many locations in this town. The young woman who checked me in was rude, unwelcoming, and definitely needs a course in customer service of some sort. If you’re choosing to work in the hospitality industry I’d probably try to not seem bothered by someone coming in or bothered by them that you have to actually do your job. I attempted to speak a total of 5 basic sentences to this person and was interrupted 4 of 5 times I spoke and eventually gave up on trying to communicate. Warning, if you choose “pay at property,” through Hotels for this - they will attempt to charge you first thing that morning, not at check in time, not when you’re in person, but at their own discretion as I was told “we do it to ensure we get our commissions.” Hotels.com customer service states they shouldn’t be doing this as it’s done without authorization of the customer, I’ve never experienced this anywhere else before - but I’m not surprised after reading some of the other reviews and their policies.

OK, so it was off-season, only about $100, and we stayed only one night. But the place, while clean and looking good in the photos, had definite infrastructure problems. Very loose sink faucet, dangerous exposed wires in hair dryer plug, missing light bulbs from lamps, no towel racks in bathroom, no clock, toilet meant for toddlers (very short and no grab bars), ironing board but no iron, drapes gapped and did not block outdoor light, loud fridge that we could not turn off because massive ice build-up in freezer would have flooded the carpet, AC/heater incredibly loud and rumbly with banging. TV only worked with 2 remote controls, not so much as a pen and pad of paper in the room, but there was a phone. It was a non-smoking room but we could smell cigarette smoke. Location is on the busiest road in a logging town so there was considerable truck noise. Trucks were coming and going from train yard which was very close (half a block?) to the motel and ran all night long, very loud clanking and train whistles every few minutes. This was miserable even with earplugs. The room was meticulously clean and had been recently painted, but the place is old and in need of more than lipstick. Bed was fine, bedding very good (except pillows were tiny), shower worked alright but very small. We will not be back.
