Nice place accessible to local transport

Our second stay at this hotel as a pre-holiday stopover and it doesn’t disappoint! It’s a small room but perfectly formed! And dinner in the Goraffe restaurant with 20% off was a bonus!!

Very dated, poor quality hotel

Was not happy that the bathroom had no working ventilation system. Was shocked when the fire alarm went off and the staff just sat outside smoking

This is not a bad place to stay to easily catch your flight out of Heathrow (which has a covered bridge to Terminal 4). It’s VERU CLEAR they are remodeling/updating the place. The hallway carpet was old and so was the room carpet. However, the bathroom and lighting were all relatively new. It took me about 15-20minutes to get from my room on the far end of the 5th floor to Terminal 3 (Delta) using the Elizabeth line tram from 4 to 3.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here & I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are fantastic, the location is spot on, right next to the terminal with an overpass tunnel so you don’t have to brave the weather & traffic. The restaurants have really great food & the layout works. You can sit & have a drink or go to your room which have comfy beds to relax. Love staying here & will be back again next year as always.
