Pros: - Location just next to T4 - breakfast was good and sufficient - Very Basic room - No safes - You get what you pay for Cons: - Cleaning done very basic daily. We stayed 3 nights and the bed wasn’t done just duvet, just covered the bed. No change in sheets - Shower tub is extremely high

Wonderfully comfortable. Got in from València at 10:35 was at the hotel by 11:15. You need to take a train to Terminal 4 if you are arriving to another terminal. Our flight to Canada was at Terminal 4. We arrived from T3. Helped at self-check-in as we booked on Expedia. Love the self check-in option where you have 5 or 6 terminals so you don’t have to wait in a queue

The room was clean and the breakfast had a lot of options and the food was kept warm. The customer service was excellent. I had a few questions and some phone adapter issues and the staff was very helpful and was able to help solve my issues. It was my first time in London and the staff also provided some good recommendations, transportation options and also how to navigate the airport.
