When we arrived we were appalled to see the Kiosk check-in after arriving exhausted from our trip. Thankfully, there was staff there to quickly assist. BUT when we got to our room, we discovered the WiFi was very weak. I called the desk to ask about it and she informed me that the free WiFi was only good for texting and we'd have to come downstairs again to reception to pay $5 for the "premium" WiFi. This is ridiculous! We should have been told this at check-in, but it's also crazy to have to pay $5 for a premium. I made the trip downstairs to pay the $5. When I got back to the room, the internet was no better. I had to go back to the lobby where the Wi-Fi was stronger.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was very good but my stay on Tuesday 23rd September was not good at all.I was given a room as if I am in a nursing care home with bathroom smelling of urine.Shower water was stagnant.No refrigerator and room not clean at all.I am very disappointed.

Excellent location for flying out of Heathrow!

The hotel was excellent...The staff does an outstanding job checking you in (a few had heavy accents and were difficult to understand at times) and the location is amazing....it is in Terminal 4 so taking a plane out the next day is so easy.

Good value and the restaurant was excellent. Room was basic but clean with a good bed. The tunnel from T4 to The Premier Inn and other hotels desperately needs repainting - it’s embarrassing to have non UK visitors seeing it.
