This location has a lot of potential. Outside it’s beautiful inside and on the premises there’s just no amenities other than the pool. A lot of things were under renovation. Our condo was really out of date all the way around cabinets were falling apart at the hinges weird handles, and cheap fixtures. The gym on the premises is OK barely able to be called a gym. Every TV in our condo three and All were not smart. TV is not able to stream anything if you log into your own account. The outside porch area and furniture was very very dirty and needs to be power washed. Staff is friendly and responsive. If you need extras of whatever you need. Overall maintenance of the place definitely needs to step up their game. For the money, not the best location in Williamsburg as far as amenities.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This was our first visit, and we were celebrating our little boy’s 6th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, the food was wonderful, and everything was incredibly easy and accessible. We made such great memories here and definitely plan to come back!

Everything was awesome

Very clean cottage. Staff was great and the amenities. A major plus, a Target Department store is within a quarter mile of the entrance.
