It's a wonderful property, located in the woods. Very serene with nature all around. However, the rooms were not cleaned properly from the previous guests. The checkout process was not good. There was only one guy working when there were a large number of guests checking out.

Upon arriving at the resort, we were taken aback by how outdated the facilities appeared to be. The photos and descriptions provided in your advertising did not accurately represent the state of the property. We were looking forward to enjoying modern amenities and a well-maintained environment, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Furthermore, during our stay, we discovered several bugs in our room. This was not only unsightly but also concerning from a hygiene perspective. It was distressing to find these pests while we were preparing to leave, and it left a lasting negative impression on our overall experiences. As valued customers, we had high expectations for our stay at your resort, and it is disappointing to have encountered these issues. We believe that transparency and honesty in advertising are crucial for building trust with guests, and we feel that this trust was breached during our visit.We have no desire to visit this property again. Very Nice Hotel

I wanted a decent room at a decent price for a one-night stay. I wasn't disappointed. The room was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. All of the staff were polite. I had to do some work uploading rather large files, and the wi-fi was slow. But I didn't really expect hotel wi-fi to be better; it was free.

In the past we loved to stay here but the rooms are now in dire need of updating. The lights are dull and the rooms seem dark. I still love the location and the fact that it is an official Williamsburg hotel but it is now less than what I have come to expect from Williamsburg.
