Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was lackluster. No restaurant on site. It seems they have decent amenities in the peak season, but we did not utilize any.

We really enjoyed this property. It was very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. The staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to extend our stay for an extra night. Beds were very comfortable.

Clean, charming, and a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and splash park. Breakfast was limited and crowded, but with so many nearby restaurants, it wasn’t a problem.

The room didn't meet my expectations. My girlfriend is very allergic to mold, and it was coming out of the wall. The wallpaper was torn, and a dehumidifier was running underneath. We were disenchanted. Otherwise, the staff, check-in/checkout was fine.

The pool was broken. The breakfast was horrible and they charged me a extra twenty a day for resort fees. There are so many better options around here.

Staff service from everyone on the property was amazing, always a lovely smile from every person in each department I came across. My only complaint is that the beds in 5126 might need an update, very shaky and I did not have a lot of confidence in them. Also the portable AC made the carpet yet and any clothes near it wet. I do have to say, it added to the historical feeling of the building haha! Would stay again either way!
