Beautiful spacious property, convenient location near the historical sites. Very good for families or bigger groups. A bit outdated inside, smart tvs would be good, but that’s already being picky. Would go there again!

Great for a weekend getaway or longer. I have stay at Powatan as both a guest of a timeshare owner and recently as a 'hotel' guest. Being able to text concierge for a maintenance issue and the quick response was convenient and faster than regular hotels that I've stayed at. This particular Hilton property is so conveniently location to many things in Williamsburg. I could tell that maintenance (paint and flooring) had recently been done. Railings and dining table could use and upgrade though.

The check in didnt make sense. It took us about 30 mins. The line was very long. There were only 3 then became 2 people in the check in counter but there were 5 in the concierge that were not doing anything. It was frustrating. The lady that checked us in was very nice tho. We did the pickle ball. We were upgraded to a two bedroom. We felt like we were home instead of a hotel.

Check in took almost an hour! 3 people working the front desk checking guests in while 4 or more concierges watched their phones doing nothing. The refridgerator did not work effectively. Observed adults smoking weed on the kids playground area.

It is a beautiful, quiet peaceful space.Our unit had large rooms and we enjoyed our stay. The only upgrade I would suggest is that the living room furniture could be a little more comfortable for relaxing
