This time things went well, both bookings housed in the same unit as requested. Front desk was inviting and very hospitable. This was a major ch different vibe from the say in June. The units were not stocked well,no frying pans or spatula just a couple of sauce pots. It’s Christmas nothing open and you have to cook. Both units needed some attention to detail as there were cobwebs. We removed most of them when we sanitized upon entering but saw as I was sitting still missed a few

My wife and I stayed in a room that bedbugs. She has bites all over her body and we had to go urgent care once we arrived home. I found 1 under my pillow the morning were to check out also. We reported this as we were checking out and have not heard back from The Colonies at Williamsburg. We are disappointed and just happy that our grand kids were not affected as they were in a different room.

The front desk staff is terrible. After being sent a text our room was ready at 4. When we get there at 7 we are told they aren’t sure they have a room ready. Then at check out they sent texts the day before. 2 hours before and let us know if we aren’t checked out or if there is excessive cleaning that needs done we will be charged. It very much felt unwelcoming.
