Book Spring Grove hotels

Good parking, clean comfortable room. Front desk staff confused and not sure of himself. We waited over 30 minutes to check in, our wait was noticed by the general manager who quickly got us checked in. The manager apologized for his desk clerk

Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it.

Very pleasant stay. They were very accommodating to our requests. The room was updated and in a great location. Sales pressure was not bad at all and it is a very lovely resort. Will stay again when weather gets warmer.

The room had an odor and the furnishings need updated. It was fair at best. The bathroom toilet did not flush properly and needed a new seal. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it needs more attention while guests aren't staying there. The staff was prompt and attentive, but the property itself is mid. I did not feel like it was clean and comfortable enough to relax. The third floor beds were barely twin-sized, so I would not recommend adults plan to sleep there, only children.

While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy.
