Book Templeton hotels

We were originally given room 323. It was absolutely deplorable as if it had not been cleaned and had a terrible odor. Jasmine at the front desk gave us room 204 which wasmuch better. However, it appears there is some lack of due diligence when it comes to housekeeping even in room 204. The breakfast was fine as was the staff.

Was greeted by friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. We had no issues and would definitely stay again!

Good location for our needs

There was an issue with trash! The trash cans were full and over flowing right outside the foyer door, which was gross. The trash cans in the eating area were full and over flowing as well. The breakfast staff were rude when asked if they had more condiments, syrup for the waffles. They gave a sharp and rude, "NO!" The floors around the main check in area, food area, hallway leading to elevators were extremely dirty with visible dirt and stains on the floor. Most of the desk staff were very unorganized and not very helpful at all, they did not seem interested in assisting customers. One younger lady was very pleasant and nice. The rooms were decent, but our shower door would not stayed closed while showering and this was a major inconvenience. Overall, this Hampton Inn was my worst experience to date.

Clean room. Super friendly staff. Property grounds and public restroom clean. Elevator was down but I was given room on 1st Floor -I did not mind. Breakfast area super clean and food cooked perfectly. Chef was monitoring breakfast area and really nice. Location was perfect for me as I had business on the base. Shops super close. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable room. Only draw back was the limitation for our dog ( keeping out of certain areas and could not leave him alone plus limited places to walk him).
