In what should be a 4 star review, because the service was good and the room was clean and tidy, ends up being 1 star because the one basic that needs to be right was wrong. The bed. We both woke up with sore backs and my wife almost never has an issue with a bed. It was some kind of bouncy cheap spring based kind you'd pick up new for maybe $150. Every time I sat in it or turned over my wife woke up because of how bouncy it was too. Very surprising given the hotel is not really a cheap hotel. In fact if it had it not been for the expedia points being available on this one I would have gone to another one for the same price that by contrast is amazing, so I'd add to this, the hotel was overpriced for what it is too. I rarely write bad reviews, so I hope management do something about it as I doubt they're going to get many repeat customers if all the rooms have this kind of bed. We stayed two nights and I expect it's going to be a good 3 days before my back stops aching and I can be back to normal again. Also, car parking is $25 per night - the advert on here makes it seem like it's included, but it isn't.
