This was a larger downtown hotel with attached parking ramp. Our only complaint was that they had carpeting in the room and there was a definite odor from something spilled present. I had no issues, but it drove my wife crazy. On the plus side, all the staff were helpful and always had a smile. It was within walking distance of the waterfront and shopping. Keep in mind, most shops and eateries close EARLY…especially on the weekend. We found that odd for a larger city. I would stay at this property again….in a different room without that smell preferably.

Good value for money. Yes, the bathroom is in need of an upgrade and the carpet is getting worn, but the bed was comfortable, the sheets were good quality, the room was an excellent size, lots of natural light, etc. Location is excellent, plenty of parking options nearby, and walkable to good dining options. For the price, you can't complain.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of town, close to shops and cafes. The staff and customer service was amazing, from front desk to housekeeping, so friendly and helpful. The only drawback was my room was very dated, carpet was old and damaged and room smelled musty.

Was not all that like a 5 star hotel, and the fact that the resturant was closed so early, also our room toilet had no cleaning toilet bowl brush, and no sink and running water facility in our room, other than having to get water from the toilet basin, i think it was a bit disgusting, bottled water in the fridge would have been appreciated to use for tea and coffee, we did not see any wifi links to use whilst at the hotel.

If you wish to be in the heart of Wellington, you could not do better. Not big rooms but an extremely comfortable king size bed and good shower. The Internet is fine for a zoom meeting. I was very happy with our two-day stay.
