The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower had poor water pressure, but overall, the room itself was quite nice. The patio is lovely, though I do wish it had direct beach access and didn't have to be shared with other guests. Our neighbors were extremely noisy and spent most of the night partying and smoking pot outside our door. The front desk closes at 11 PM so there was no one to report to. The continental breakfast is no more than doughnuts, cereal, and oatmeal but it was better than nothing.

Very nicely remodeled & refurbished old hotel. Great location on State Street - lots of restaurants, bars, and interesting shops. Walking distance to wharf & some historical sites. Hotel could use some sheer shades on windows. Only choice was "no shades/windows totally uncovered," or black out shades down & unable to see out.

Beautiful faculty. Nicely appointed all modern and very easy to navigate. Our room was very comfortable , gorgeous bedding.

Had an issue talking to a front desk computer. I did not like that

Hotel was very clean and nice. We stayed on 5-11-26 we checked in at exactly 3p.m...From the moment we checked in the man at the front desk was extremely rude. Didn't say a word to greet us. We had to ask him directions to our room which he made it seeem like we were bothering him. We then came down to ask directions to the pool area and all he did was point his finger! Not a word out of his mouth. He then made us walk down to the lobby to get toilet paper because the room and the pool restrooms only had tissue boxes! The hotel is nice and clean and once we found the pool we enjoyed the area.
