2.5/5 the room was big but the sleep quality sucked, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it was loud above us and there was construction. The sofa bed was horrible so us 3 had to sleep in one bed. Don't add this in the review but it sucked so bad because there was 3 people on one bed. I kept sleep kicking and elbowing them both and it also woke me up when I did it. I woke up like 10 times from so much stuff

Clean and nice rooms

Shops nearby, clean room had no bad smell just noticeably looked beat like needs a fresh paint the tub looks super old and used a lot. Beds are very comfortable. Don't buy the breakfast it was nothing special the bacon was super thin. They just offered 3 choices if you buy it on hotels.com you pay $60 more than the hotel it's self on their menu.

It was great to have our family of 6 in one room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. The pool was nice and warm. Universal is and 8 min walk if you don’t want to wait the 15 minutes for the shuttle.

My favorite go to when I’m visiting the Los Angeles area.
