Beautiful hotel, very clean.

There was no management staff available in person—everything was handled through apps and text messages, which made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. The only staff I encountered on-site were janitorial and groundskeeping workers. The pool was small and NOT HEATED, making it too cold to use. As a result, around 20 guests—including children—were crowded into a small jacuzzi (maximum 6 persons), which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Overall, this was very disappointing for a so-called luxury resort. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay with Hilton again.

Accommodating

Parking was easy and close to all the shops.

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from all the attractions. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff.

This is supposed to be a high end hotel but they need to improve on the details, Asked for a late check out at 11.30 and got a 11.15 answer??, paid $40 for valet and they game a another car and had to figure out where mine was, got a coffee and they have run out of lids, reserved a regular room and got a accessible room and no one told me at check in. Just details but when you are paying big bucks you expect something different.
