Venice Lido Hotels with Parking

This was a very clean and wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was amazing and ataff wwre so nice. I would recommend

Staff was amazing !!!!!!

The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned. There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms. To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day. We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve. As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience.

Jenny was the most accommodating hotel staff on duty. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that we had everything we needed

We had a magnificent stay at Hotel Rialto from March 18 to 20. The location is perfect for exploring. Our first time to Venice and when we (hopefully) return we’ll stay here again! From Kingston, Ontario, Canada
