The room was in a great spot but there are a lot of homeless around the street! The rooms are rundown with broken cabinets and broken appliances. The floors are lifting and the beds are uncomfortable after a couple of days.

Nice, clean, spacious room with all the kitchen basics and a deep tub for soaking if you like to take bathes. The location has its pros and cons. Pros- not too far from major attractions, in walking distance to nice coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nero Belgian waffle bar was delicious and in quick walking distance from the hotel. Cons- It is right on the border of the nice section of town and the less nice. One entrance is across from the Penthouse. This never became an issue but it’s good to be aware of this. The elevator is slow and hallways look dated. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Our room is facing the pool where the kids were making a lot of noises! The rooms are very minimal and plain. The dining room is filled with the table and chairs so it’s pretty much unusable with very tight space. The living room and kitchen is big but very poor lighting. The bed is horrible! Super soft probably old mattress! Bad pillows that are just go flat right away. Being on the lower floor, the unit is dark most of the time! The gym is master class! Overall, not bad for my last minute booking, but won’t stay again!

Front desk were great, particularly Natalia, and housekeeping was very helpful. Arrived early and Natalia was kind to store our luggage, so we could start exploring the waterfront and was able to get us an early check in which we greatly appreciated. Would recommend highly!

Phenomenal gym for a hotel. For anyone who likes to keep up with their workouts while at a hotel, this is the place. Everything else was great too, the service from the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. It is an apartment-style hotel that doesn't do daily room cleanings, so just something to keep in mind.

Very nice rooms, cozy stay, friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this place for an apartment-hotel in the downtown core. Very close to the Granville strip and affordable for what you’re getting!

It was a nice spot, secure parking and nice staff! My main concern is that the unit was very warm and the A/C was not adjustable for just that unit, and the while building was already switched over to heat. We were asked to open windows and use a fan that the staff brought us, but that was not ideal as you could hear all the outside noise, and if you closed the windows it was too hot to sleep.
