Great hotel for NIN concert at Roger’s Arena

Clean, well maintained and managed hotel. Attentive staff. Fantastic location. Balcony room was perfect for keeping our bikes safe on the balcony instead of in the parking garage. Easy parking. I just wish the nightly rate wasn’t so high due to summer season. Not a great value at $500 a night.

No air con which reception didn’t mention when we checked in. Got to the room and we had a loud fan as the only means to collect a hot room. Room felt dated considering it was apparently a newer hotel.

The property itself was clean and in a great location, however we were in a junior suite with 3 adults - it was an accessible room which we did not need it to be so there was no place to put toiletries and no door separating the bedroom from the living room area which had a pull out couch for the 3rd adult. Also the temperature in the gym area was 27 degrees celsius making it uncomfortably hot to workout in.
