I love the way your key took you to exact room and plenty of security

Everything was pretty spectacular, except for one thing: we'd reserved a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. They upgraded our room to the 30th floor with a King bed and rollout double; however, the rollout double was barely big enough for one child so we had to sleep 2 adults and 1 child in the King, which also seemed small for a King and was crowded. A second rollout wasn't allowed, unfortunately. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Room was modernly upgraded and the gym was solid, love the 24 hr access. The bathroom door could actually close a bit more securely so other guests don't need to hear or potentially see everything.

The woman who checked me in was especially friendly, efficient and thoughtful... Give her a RAISE!

Such an amazing hotel, everything about it. I will stay here every time I am in San Francisco.

Comfy bed, great check in and friendly valet. What a great hotel!

We stayed in the 'premier' building/room. It was nice to spend time on the balcony with a great view of the city. Our room had many nice extra's - lighted makeup mirror, bathmat, refrigerator, scale, toothbrush/toothpaste, mouthwash and a very comfortable couch and king size bed. We could not have been happier with the cleanliness of the room and daily housekeeping. The room was very quiet for sleeping. We will be returning on our next trip to San Francisco.
