Book Tung Chung hotels

Not my first stay and I always recommend this hotel to people. Excellent service and friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping. Good size room with all amenities. Great location. Easy to find taxi, restaurants and convenience stores. On my arrival day, I went to the hotel in the morning, wanting to drop off luggage only as I know check-in time isn’t till afternoon. To my surprise, a room is available and the staff kindly arranged check-in for me at 9:30am! I am really pleased with the special arrangement and flexibility!

Great for Disney other than the room was very small. And they do not pick you up from the airport or take you to the airport.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Clean and convenient to tourist locations and transportation. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus!

Staffs are well trained services. They have gone extra miles, when I requested my needs. I really love going back this hotel to stayed!!👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was great, the best way to enjoy Disney

I recently stayed at the Eaton Hong Kong twice within two weeks, for a total of 12 days. In between, I had to travel to China over a weekend, which meant I made two separate bookings. Upon returning to Hong Kong, I actually arrived a day earlier than my second reservation and had to make a last-minute booking for an additional night. The only available room for that extra night was in a different category. What truly stood out was the hotel’s exceptional customer service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they went out of their way to combine my new booking with the existing one and ensured I could stay in the same upgraded room throughout my second stay. This thoughtful gesture saved me the inconvenience of changing rooms and made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Although it was a bit small, that’s to be expected in Hong Kong, and the efficient layout made it comfortable nonetheless. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was consistently attentive and professional. We were very happy with our stay at Eaton HK and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, stylish, and guest-focused hotel in Hong Kong.
