Shuttle to shopping centre and airport great. Food options limited and very confusing in terms of timing. Good location for short transit stopover but not if you want a Hong Kong experience. Need to be in ghe central area.

The lunch in their restaurant (the lounge) was horrible. I ordered two burgers and the patties were overcooked so dry as charcoal. It was so obvious that they neglected the meat when cooking. The calamari is ok compared to the horrible burgers. The shuttles to airport and MTR are actually very accurate and convenient.

Cami (staff) and comfy room.

Cami gave me a later checkout (1pm) when she looked at my plane ticket departure time. So sweet of her. Also, the shuttle bus and the hotel location are convenient to the airport and you can walk to parks, restaurants, convenience stores within 5 minutes. Oh, and the room is superbly appointed and comfortable. And quiet. My new go-to hotel when travelling through Honk Kong.
