Amazing for the price, we had great views from the 30th floor of the harbour and the hotel was very informative with the typhoon and cyclone activity to the south. Great hotel and recommend to all.

Our view is amazing as our room's window is facing the bay area. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, Us being first time in hongkong were very pleased the way they answer our silly questions, like about on how to get to most attractions and transportation. They can also store your luggages for free if your flight is late and still want to go around the city.

Like the fact that it’s near the west tunnel, can get to Kowloon easily if need to take taxi, near to Macau ferry terminal. However the bathroom water tends to drain very slowly, I gather it’s because the shower area is very small. Overall it’s a good stat 👍👍👍

The first room we were given had a strong smoking smell. We were given another room which was better but with some sewage smell still. The bathroom was not clean, and the shower floor had the drainage positioned higher so the water couldn't go well. The bedding was not very clean either. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

Staff at front desk, breakfast area and cleaners were helpful and friendly. Front desk and breakfast area staff spoke very good English. Convenient to get dimsum, coffee and snacks just next door. Not so good for shopping.

Hotel was fine, you get what you pay for. Location was great we walked to most places or took a short uber ride. The rooms are small not an issue, the bed felt like I was laying on a piece of plywood. Shower and bathroom extremly small. The elevators were confusing, not all of them go from ground to top floor. Had to switch halfway down if you got the wrong one. The gym was small, only one guest at a time so limited times to workout.
