The hotel was clearly excellent in its heyday, the pool and executive club is great. But the rooms could do with no carpet and we lost my daughters favourite toy during room cleaning service. She had it out on the bed and it was a white bunny, so we understand. But wasn’t great.

What a pity that this centrally located hotel has such a disappointing facility and service. Their in-room wi-fi connection sucks and the housekeeping also lack details as the there is a double Shampoo bottle but no Body wash bottle in the shower. It is not even a language problem for housekeeping as the bottle has no- lingual product information and yet no body noticed it during my entire stay!
