Good Location, But Serious Maintenance Issues Rating: 2/5 The location is excellent – right in the city center, close to the MTR and very convenient for tourist spots, shopping, and dining. The room and bathroom are very small, but manageable for a short stay. However, several unacceptable issues ruined the experience: • shower curtain that billows inward and sticks to the body during showers. • Water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, dripping onto the vanity – I had to request towels to mop it up. • Persistent musty smell in the room (likely from the leak), forcing me to buy air freshener. While the location is a big plus for budget travelers, the hygiene and maintenance problems make it hard to recommend. Hope management fixes these soon.

First they put it in a room on the 9th floor. Room was not clean. No bath towels. There was only 2 small thin thin old towels. I was sick with food poisoning and had to extend my stay in the hotel until I feel better. I booked 3 more nights and paid more to get a better room. But they kept me in the same room. I told the manager I paid higher to get a better room, but he said the entire hotel is fully booked. I told him that my room says it should have a city view and pointed towards the window saying "this is city view". He was pointing to an old building blocking any view of the city.

第一晚的床舖有bed bugs, 我要求換被後情況有改善。房間內有蟑螂。尼龍浴巾不吸水。Lobby的工作人員友善，辦事有效率，但禮賓部的職員態度十分之差，我只是查詢他們會否幫客人叫的士，他們可以正常回答不會，而不是用惡劣態度撒走住客。
