The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious for Hong Kong. Having a Nespresso machine, hot water machine and refrigerator was helpful. What was missing from a typical hotel was an onsite restaurant, fitness center and laundry room. However, there are plenty of restaurants, a 7-11, and self-service laundry steps away. Located almost right next to the midlevel escalators/ walkways leading up the hill or down to Central Station and the ferries.

The room overall was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient. My only two concerns were the lack of a comfortable chair for the desk work I needed to do, and the lack of a secure WiFi connection (it was a public connection).

Excellent location close to Central, with lots of restaurants and shops within easy waling distance. Only 10 minute walk from Hong Kong MTR station, and the express link to/from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and a reasonable size for central Hong Kong. Not having a reception at street level was not ideal, but once in reception the service was excellent. Fridge and safe provided, but drinking water has to be collected in a provided glass jug from a cooler in reception (part of the hotel's eco policy) - in reality this was not much of a problem for us. The hotel provided a free-of charge pocket 4G device to give you a mobile wi-fi hotspot while you are out and about. Great idea and very useful, but the device battery only gives about 4-5 hours continuous use, so if you are out all day you may need to switch the device on & off selectively or give it a charge boost during the day.

Location Location and Location. Central to every things. Complimentary a la cart coffee machine is great. You can make Cappuccino, espresso etc. If you have 2 specialty coffees a day, That is about $HK 130 free right there. Small but nice and comfortable. What size you expect in HK right?
