Excellent service and conveniently located

Conveniently located with MTR 10min away. Food is easily available and convenience stores nearby too. Good size for HKG hotel with good spread of breakfast. Soundproofing not as good.

The room looked worn out and dated. Especially bad was the smell in the room. I t smelled like cigarette smoke and I reported to the front desk. I assumed they applied some kind of cleaner but the smell persisted. I reported again the next day and I was not sure what they had done for the odor but it was still there albeit not as intense as before. The whole time no one bothered to contact me to follow up on the issue.

The hotel had excellent service and staff, it is well located and with easy access to public transportation. Room had good size and is clean. We really enjoyed the happy hour and the life music, the singers were wonderful!

Novotel was perfect for our short stay. As we had limited time Paul the concierge was very helpful with his recommendations for places to see. The hotel was centrally located to trams and train. Shopping and good eateries were close by. We loved the large room and view. Definitely stay again.
