I am a family of five and we had a wonderful time at Sonesta. This is an apartment style hotel where my unit had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a common/living room. This ensured we had our space while still enjoying time as a family. The location is close to Highway 407 and 404, which made moving around easier. The hotel is nearby a Walmart, Tim Hortons and other important stores. The entire team at Sonesta was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Definitely my money’s worth. I’ll definitely book at this hotel again

The room felt neglected. It felt rundown. The cleaning of the room was subpar. There was still garbage underneath the living room TV toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. There were spiderwebs. There was mould in the main shower. There were broken doors that had just been covered with plaster, not even sanded. They asked for premium pricing, but they delivered subpar service.

The amenities were great. Nice clean modern rooms with lots of space. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a Ringette tournament and it was exactly what we needed. Loved the kitchen with the full size fridge. Would definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

room is clean, staff are friendly, plenty of parking space. Breakfast is also good. The only thing may be improved is the wifi -- have to log in daily, even twice a day. Very cumbersome. Can the management look into it please. Thanks.
