Very dirty room, bathroom was extremely poor condition. All surfaces either falling apart or not even close to having been cleaned in years. Moldy shower. Very gross to be honest. Will never stay again. Also didn’t receive emailed receipt like they told me I would receive automatically.

I was not told about the breakfast even though I had credit for $15. After I checked expedia email. I went to Moxis retaurant and ordered 2 breakfast and paid around $42 with the tip.

I had a nice stay at the hotel but the shuttle to the airport was delayed which made me late and I had to run through the airport. But it was because of a lot of snow so they probably don’t usually have this issue.

The Staff at the Sandman was lovely! The rooms were spacious and clean and the bonus was that Moxies was attached to the hotel so we could jut walk through the lobby to get a great meal!
