The front desk receptionist was lovely and helpful. When I reported the air con not working gin in my room she immediately sent a service repair person up and then changed my room to a penthouse room when they couldn’t fix the issue. The problem with this hotel is it’s clearly a high turnover, quite worn out hotel. Nothing wrong with that- it’s an airport hotel. But the marketing is off key- I wouldn’t class this as luxury at all. Even the penthouse room I was in- grateful as I was to be there- had cheap furniture, cupboard, a cheap faux leather sofa …a kitchen area with crockery even though the airport is in the middle of nowhere with no access to grocery stores unless you have a car. And even basic amenities like free bottle water weren’t available. It’s fine overall, but that’s it.

The room smelled like a glade plug in. There were bugs in my room in bathroom and on wall in living room. The sliding door was very dirty with big streaks. The shower had mold and dirty cracked cocking. Kept hearing loud banging.
