The room was spacious but more importantly, it didn't have the moldy/mildew smell a lot of hotels sometimes have. The bathroom was clean too which was nice. Great service and the staff was super friendly at check in and check out. Would recommend to anyone needing a reasonably priced place to stay.

Room was good, nobody answered the phone when we needed the shuttle so had to use a taxi. Then when we booked the shuttle to leave at 6:30 am, it hadn’t arrived by 6:48 so we booked an Uber.

Close to Airport. Airport shuttle. Contemporary design. Rooms were a good size and clean. Check and seem to be a bit on the slow side. Could not get the room temperature as warm as we wanted, despite having the thermostat cranked up to 73.

We arrived after a late canceled flight to be told systems were down and they could not check us in, but to wait. Staff kept lying and were not helpful. Upon calling neighbour hotels we found that all hotels were willing and able to use master keys to admit prepaid guests, but not the Sandman. We waited for over two hours only to find they could indeed do this and to be given rooms (when other patrons got very upset). Absolutely horrible service and staff did not seem to care that guests were exhausted, some sick and just wanting answers. Instead they ignored, left and refused to simply use master keys. It was not difficult. Never again.
