We had booked the one bedroom suite w 2 queen beds and a pull out couch and listed 6 adults staying in room yet upon arrival the pull out wasn’t made up and we only had 3 towels on the room. I would think it should be prepared ahead of time and not require the guests to have to call down for these things after check in.

We had a wonderful stay! What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained everything was — the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was a highlight with plenty of fresh, tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay again!

I spoke to Alana in reservations at 4am. She told me that my prepaid room was cancelled because of a "no show". I let her know that I told the front desk when we stayed there on the 2nd of February that it would be a late arrival for the 10th. Our flight was very delayed and we couldn't end up getting there and weren't able to communicate with anyone about it until we got there. My wife and I ended up driving home but my step son would be there to use the prepaid room. She finally was able to reinstate the reservation and allow my step son to check in. She didn't communicate with the front desk so it caused unnecessary confusion. At 4am, I didn't have much of a sense of humor. It all ended well but cancelling a prepaid room for "no show" is unacceptable. My Step son and his wife were also on our flight but he had further to drive home so that's why I wasn't there to check in. The front desk had an issue allowing him to check in because it wasn't me and the message wasn't sent very timely to the front desk. I was very disappointed with all of this.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff, even at 1am! Everything went smoothly, the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. A courtesy taxi was also organised for our early flight. Pity breakfast wasn't open until 7am. But it was a comfortable stay nonetheless.
