I booked this special handicap room because I travel with my 102 years of mom,went we get there at 9:25 pm the specials rooms were sold out,they told me to go to a different hotel and they will give me the money back for the room,I refused because it was to late to be around with my old mother,I took the room that was available and was very uncomfortable for my mother because the Bathrooms hasn’t no bars,this is not fair that we booked something special and pay in advance and went we get there we don’t get it .😟😒
