Very accommodating

The hotel is in a great location in a cool neighbourhood. It's pretty modest, but it's clean, comfortable and quiet, and they accommodated my late check-in which I really appreciated!

The room I stayed in had a separate bedroom and bathroom (meaning I had to go out to the shared hallway once). It was a hassle to have to go out of the room every time. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. The heating worked well. When I checked out, a staff member was not there and I had to wait him for to come. If you want a comfortable sleep at a reasonable price, I think this is a fine place to stay.

Not a great experience

The internet sucks no good for your kids to play games. The tv didn't have any channels. I had to park on the street the first night with a permit and still got a ticket, then it's $20 to park on site if there is room. The room was a little dirty, and the bed sheets the bed was rock hard, and the sheets were thin. The A/C worked and it was cheap to stay

It is in the prime location near downtown. The only thing i like to suggest is to put your hotel name board outside

Staff was very helpful and nice. I called alot before i came and they answered all my questions. I got a spot on the property, i was worried there would be no parking. Room was clean. The bed was alittle uncomfortable but it was a place to stay the night. Lots of restaurants near by. Alot of things going on in the area always somthing to do. Overall i had a good experience no problems. If i stay in Toronto for a night again ill come back here. 👍

Has Potential

Friendly service, easy check in/out, convenient location, unique set up, my room was very quiet (furthest room from Dundas). Horribly dirty and falling apart. Bed's headboard was stained yellow from sweat. Were extremely dirty dishes in oven with pools of grease and old food. After removing I turned on oven and it smoked the room out! Not useable. Big fire hazard. Windows opened but wouldn't close, had to remove screens, reach out and pull closed by hand. TV didn't work. Cool place with huge potential, but not well taken care of. Could handle staying there for 3 nights, but wouldn't go back.

Well priced considering what other hotels are charging. These are one room suites on a second floor that just need some tlc. Checked in early and staff was accommodating & friendly. Small kitchen & bar fridge. The room did not have a window but did have natural light from skylight. Bathrooms have been upgraded and has dryer. Tim Hortons & Mcdonalds on corner. Few restaurants and bars in area. Tram stop at corner. Toronto hospital around the corner.
