We thought the complimentary buffet breakfast was very sparse. For what we paid for the hotel, it could have been a bit better. The charge for overnight parking was outrageous. All in all the hotel was good.

Booked a room with a king bed got a room with 2 double beds. Beds were super uncomfortabl, room looked weathered and at some point I switched beds because I thought there were bed bugs as I was itching all over. Sad to see this property hasn’t been well maintained over the years

Regine, the woman who checked us in, was amazing! She was so patient and kind. She greeted us in such a warm and welcoming way. Her name tag said “in training” but you’d never know that with her amazing service. She genuinely deserves to be recognized!

stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and me and my sister loved our stay. everything was at close proximity (bus, streetcar, subway), shoppers drug mart, restaurants, eaton center, etc. the staff was wonderful and very welcoming as soon as we checked in. the room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean. we’d definitely book there again for our next trip, in toronto. thank you for a wonderful stay and experience! :)

We stayed 4 nights. The first room we stayed in was backing on to the elevator, there was continuous elevator noise day and night. I asked to move the next morning and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The second room was quieter. The rooms could use refresh, but were otherwise clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
