I waited for an hour and a half for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called twice. I was told that I must have been in the wrong place, so I took a picture of the post (F3) where I was told to be. Showing them the picture when I finally took a cab , they admitted that it was indeed the right place. They refused to pay my cab. The following morning the shuttle was at the door at the said time.

It was great for a quick one night stay when flying into Toronto late , before heading off on our trip for the week. Clean for the price , didn’t matter what time we arrived when the plan landed, bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. If you’re looking for a swanky hotel, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for a great budget friendly option, great choice !

This place is a joke. I made my reservation a week in advance, PAY AT PROPERTY.. the day of my reservation, they reach out threatening to cancel my reservation bc they cannot authorize my card….. then we discover they don’t take debit cards… mind you.. this reservation was made at this point 6 days prior.. why are they trying to charge a card, when I selected pay at property anyway???? Nonetheless Expedia also screwed me over, they tried to help then completely switched, blaming me for making the booking and not reading the policies … why the hell would anyone think there’s any issues with a card put on file just to hold the reso?? Because you’re paying at the property? The Expedia supervisor hung up on me when I was asking for an email to reach out to about her behavior.. anything they’ve charged me for I’ve already disputed with the bank. They had AMPLE time to reach out letting me know my reservation needs to be made with a different card, and WHAT is the point of pay later… if you’re gonna be charging peoples card still regardless ? A JOKE , and I WILL be getting my money back .. and to the supervisor who thought it was appropriate to speak to me the way she did, the whole thing was recorded, so I’m glad you were rude
