Shuttle was a little late, but other than that it was a great experience

The hotel was accessible, comfortable, clean and accommodating. There was ample onsite parking, the amenities were excellent. The food was good and the staff were professional.

The room was cool. No breakfast included

Bed was clean but the walls were gross

Was comfortable for an unexpected layover

I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at this Hilton property. Despite arriving four hours after the official check-in window began, I was informed upon arrival that the room I had already paid for was unavailable. The primary issue was the lack of communication and hospitality. My family and I were asked to wait by the front desk for approximately 30 minutes while the staff coordinated a solution, yet we were never offered an apology for the inconvenience. The indifference shown by the staff made an already frustrating situation much worse. I expected the high standard of service typically associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be reconsidering my future bookings with this chain.
