I am writing to express my significant frustration and disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your Hilton Garden Inn & Suites location on Sullivan Road. After a long day of traveling, I was exhausted and booked a last-minute room, expecting the reliable service that Hilton is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arriving at my assigned room, I discovered it had an adjoining door to another room. As a single female traveler, this made me extremely uncomfortable from a safety and privacy standpoint. I immediately returned to the front desk to request a different room, and while the staff was accommodating, they assigned me to another room that also had an adjoining door.
Feeling increasingly frustrated, I had to make a second trip to the front desk to explain the situation again. The staff then provided me with a third room assignment. However, when I attempted to enter this room, the key cards did not work, forcing me to make yet another trip back to the front desk to have them activated.
By this point, I had made multiple trips between the front desk and various rooms when all I wanted was to rest after my long day of travel. When I finally accessed the proper room without an adjoining door, I was relieved to finally be able to settle in. However, my challenges continued.
