My stay was definitely not what i expected from a hotel bearing the Hilton name. There was a large unexpected hold placed on my credit card for incidentals. My room was across from an air vent which blew cold air directly into my room. My toilet did not flush for 24 hrs. The tub did not drain well leaving me to shower in a puddle of water. Room ameneties were weathered. Lastly, housekeeping awakened me for services at 8a despite check out being at 12p. Extremely unlikely for me to stay here again.

Somewhat annoyed but, okay!

The staff was friendly & informative! Also, the food was great. My issue is with the business center. They had 2 computers & 2 printers. Only one computer worked & neither printer was online with the working computer & I needed to print some documents. I mentioned it to staff & they said they would pass it on to mgmt. Atlanta is a business city & this should be addressed.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a Hilton property I wasn’t satisfied with and this stay is no exception. Loved the shuttle to the airport, free coffee, clean room, proximity to the airport and easy check-in.

Check-in was excellent- very friendly and professional front desk. Very clean property, restaurant open for dinner until 10pm; some breakfast items available very early in the morning for early travelers-before the regular breakfast set up. Unfortunately, there is no free parking.
