They did not allow me to use my Hilton Honors this is strange to me I have always been able to when booked through a 3rd party. Their pool was also closed for renovations and I like to have that it was listed as an amenity. The bed was very compfy. I had to turn off my heat/AC it sounded like a hamster on a wheel, I didn't complain because it was compfortable in my room with nothing.

Booked the property based on rating and location and because they advertised a shuttle. Be aware that the shuttle only goes to the domestic terminal and notnthr international terminal. ATL is a bit of a nightmare to navigate with shuttles and trains between terminals. We wound up needing to Uber there from the car rental drop off and also from the hotel to the international departures terminal. $40 each way added to the stay cost, when I thought the shuttle would at least have taken us from the hotel to the international departures in the morning.

The property is in a great very convenient location, but the hotel is outdated and the elevators are very shaky, to the point where my wife and I thought we would need assistance. The room was fine, but the room (other than the bathroom) had a funny smell to it. At 9am I was rudely awakened by housekeeping (checkout is at 12pm). At checkout, the front desk clerk was ok at first, I asked for my receipt and she started the process of getting my receipt, then she just walked off to handle another family and didn’t tell me to wait or anything. I stood there for 5 minutes asking others to help me but no one would. She finally returned. A person from housekeeping said “he wants his receipt”. She makes a very disturbing face at me, reaches down and hands me receipt that was already printed, just waiting on the printer.
