Everything was perfect the only thing i didn't like much was no parking and have to park somewhere else and paid for it that's all the rest like i said was perfect

Fantastic location! Very pleased with the room and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Although check in says 3:00, we were informed it is actually 4:00. Someone needs to clarify that. I truly don’t know if my original room ever became ready, because after an hour and half of waiting it still was not. My first encounter with a girl at the front desk did not go well. She wasn’t friendly and very rude.However another attendant was very kind and went out of her way to “find” me a room that was available since my original reservation was not ready. I will say, I did find the manager and he was kind and tried to make it right upon my suggestion. Overall, the place is completely unorganized on their checkin. If you need your room promptly, I suggest staying somewhere else.
