Overall the stay was great. Bathroom could use a little re-design. The space was huge but for some reason toilet was right against the wall. My right leg was up against the toilet paper holder.

Property is conviently located to the aquarium and coke museum. The traffic was loud and you could hear people racing to make the lights. If noise is not an issue for you, the hotel was comfortable and rooms were large.

The woman at check-in was wonderful, very friendly and hospitable. We then went to our room only to find out someone else was already in that room, which could’ve been extremely uncomfortable if we had not caught it while they were in the hallway. We were given a new room and while the room seems very nice the shower water never got warm. Not even close to warm. For the cost of the hotel room along with parking, we were not pleased.

Parking is $55 dollars per day. There’s no where else to park for free. Didn’t like the fact we arrived at 3am and basically had to rush to get our toddlers and all bags out of the car because they needed to park the car and we couldn’t just take our time. Felt hurried and rushed. Everyone was nice when checking in, besides the initial experience of arriving with the car. Breakfast was blah. Room was nice but some wear and tear. Lock on our bathroom was nonexistent. Area was okay for walking distant to the aquarium.

We had a very nice stay here! The staff was so nice & friendly, our room was clean & the breakfast was pretty good with multiple options. We felt safe walking to some of the attractions close by as well.

The hotel was fine and the front desk was great. My only complaint is that a hotel shouldn't claim to have an onsite bar/restaurant if it is never open. It was supposed to open at 5 but there was never anyone working. Twice we were told an employee would be right back, but they never materialized.

The staff were all just so professional, friendly and nice. Breakfast was very reasonable for an included breakfast. Hotel very clean. Beds comfortable. Lots of space on our suite which was great for the four of us sharing a room!

Upon arrival, we had to ask valet for a trolley, they watched us load it, and when we went inside, we were hassled and rushed by the staff to hurry up to our room so they could have their trolley back stating it was the only one while my husband was still checking in. My 4 year old and I were standing with the trolley looking at the aquarium in the lobby. A woman came up to us rushing us. I politely told her my husband was checking in, and as soon as he got the room key, we would be on our way to unload it. She then sends the security guard to ask if he could take the trolley and I told him the same. He then says he will help us with it and grabs it from me. I told him I didn’t need the help, thanked him for offering, and began to follow my husband to the elevator. He follows us, GRABS IT FROM ME, and we were so uncomfortable and felt so rushed. This was later in the evening, no one else was in line, lobby was almost empty. It was so bizarre. He follows us to our room and aggressively insists on “helping.” We quickly unloaded the trolley in the doorway of the room while he held onto it, and he left. The next day when we went to head out, we saw four trolleys in the lobby. Also, you can’t request valet to bring your vehicle ahead of time, so we had to go out and request our vehicle and wait for it. They only had one person working, so it was chaos to say the least. Road noise was AWFUL. Constant sirens ALL NIGHT.
