We arrived one hour after check in told no rooms were ready. I wasn’t told about parking when I reserved the room so I was told there was no parking at the hotel!!! Had to pay to park across the street where my car got broken into. And the shower was broke and the shower couldn’t be turned off.

We had to check in a day late due to travel delays and the person at the front desk was extremely rude to me about it even though it had been approved the night prior when I called and let them know we would be delayed. Since I had already paid for the room in full it makes zero sense why I would get an attitude from a front desk clerk about having to check in a day late. The person has zero customer service skills and the hotel was a dump. I will never stay there again.

I relocated to Atlanta for new opportunities and this was the first hotel that popped up in my search so I went with it. Was in walking distance of two Marta stops, great staff who made me feel like I was at home and not just a guest. The rooms are so comfortable, I could really rest and focus on what I came here for. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone traveling to Atlanta. Again, the staff is amazing, rooms are comfy and clean and you can walk to places like Hooters, Hard Rock Cafe and dozens of other cool places in the area. I highly recommend you stay here when you visit!

I struggled with this review because the people I met are cool however it appears that ownership is only concerned about bottom dollar and nothing else , it's sorry, poorly lit, and the cleanliness of the rooms while ok should have been better but the housekeepers can only work with what they have THE LADY in the breakfast area WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING IF I GO BACK THERE ITS BECAUSE OF HER.

Cheap and horrible….stay away.

My room was terribly dirty. I found plastic forks on the floor by the AC unit and there were all kinds of water stains on the ceiling.

When we checked in there was no towels in the room and we had to call down to get some which we had to use our cell to do as the phone in the room didnt even work. Then when we saw someones toe nails behind the bed. We didnt try the breakfast but i know i was told it was offered 8a-10a.
