The hotel is good, but the service is not so good, my reservation has breakfast included, i need to confirm all days with servers because looks like they are not familiar with this option. I travelled with my family means 2 children 4 years and 1 year old, during my breaksfast the server complain why my daughter is playing with sugar package, we were trying have a breakfast so we need to distract my daughter as we do in all other hotels

Pros: Staff at the front desk were friendly, easy check in. The room was cleaned and the location was great. In the middle: Washcloths had hair on them but the front desk replaced them quickly with a phone call. Cons: The restaurant on site, skip it. I sat at the bar, and the service was poor and the burger was burned. It took forever to get a menu, my drink, my order placed and the burger to come out for it to be burned.

Our stay was incredible! Check in was smooth and Renee was so sweet (there was also a man I can’t remember his name but remembered he lived in St. Pete, FL for 10years lol he was also kind). Room was gorgeous, housekeeping was kind and kept our room looking clean and towels stocked! Would recommend to everyone and hope to come back again

the staff was so friendly and amazing the entire time we stayed. special shoutout to johnny, the valet guy. he was so kind and friendly, even throughout the freezing weather. i’m sure it’s hard for those guys to be outside and maintain a good attitude when it’s that cold, so i really appreciated him and his hospitality :) even those at the front desk were extremely helpful from check in to check out. the hotel was clean, the location was great, definitely will recommend this place to others!!

We only stayed one night for a concert at the State Farm Arena. It was the perfect location as it was walking distance to the arena, the front desk staff was really sweet, and the room was nice. The price was good for downtown Atlanta also.
