Beautiful hotel, parking nightmare

When I checked in I wasn’t told any direction. We got very confused with the elevators and got stuck in one for 10 minutes. The people working the front desk were really kind and well mannered. We didn’t have as great of an experience with the people working the valet desk. We called to have our car brought up only to be told that they didn’t have a ticket matching those numbers. After a back and forth we went down to talk to them. They were rude and did not seem to care that they didn’t know where the car was. Eventually it was found after going between the upstairs and downstairs a few times. We had the same issue when checking out. Paying $60 for a service, you would expect more.
