My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Omni. It was very convenient to Mercedes Benz stadium for a concert. It was only about a 4 minute walk to the stadium. The hotel had everything available that we needed. The staff was always friendly and willing to help.

They charge $60 to park there after you have paid an exuberant amount to stay at their hotel. Bar staff was rude and slow and just all around not kind.

Great room but horrible restaurant

Overall our hotel stay was great. Our room was nice, clean, super comfortable, quiet, and had a great view. However, we had a horrible experience at Top Draft, one of the hotel’s bars/restaurants. We went there for dinner and drinks. They were busy and clearly understaffed. We had to clean off our own table because no one was clearing tables and all tables were either taken or dirty. We got a small table by the bar and sat there for several minutes without a server coming to us and finally someone from the bar told us we needed to order from the bar. I ordered a cocktail and after waiting for several minutes was told they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the right ingredients. So I asked for a similar gin drink and was given something that tasted very watery. So then I asked for a different cocktail from the menu. That one was gross and I couldn’t drink it so I just had water. Then our food came out and my burger was wrong. We weren’t provided any cutlery or napkins. This was the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.
