The staff fulfilled all my request. Viewing the city and Centennial Park from the top floor was breathtaking from the balcony. Bedding was comfortable, complimentary drink and valet parking service attendants were excellent.

The hotel is located in a wonderful part of Atlanta. Lots of restaurants and shops and very walkable. Convenient to sporting events and concerts. The only negative comment I would make has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The area is loud and it is not safe to be out walking about late at night. But the wonderful thing about the Omni Hotel is that it is connected to Phillips arena, so you never need to wander the streets of Atlanta after your concert or sporting event ends. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

it was a bit difficult to find the actual parking for the hotel, but it was easy enough to go around and come back for a second pass. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It did make for an enjoyable stay.

Quick trip with my sister for her birthday. We have always wanted to stay at this hotel and we finally got the chance to. Loved everything about the hotel even though we were sad to see the CNN center was gone. I plan to bring my husband to this hotel we loved it so much.

First of all do not book through a third party. I paid for a specific room type weeks in advance but was told that room type was sold out and over book so my wife and I had to stay in a two double bed room. I asked if any upgrades were available I could pay for and was told only a manger could do that and they were busy. As the line was backed up. Why do they except third party.Then the Omni says the valet is a third party as I need to complain as they ballet my car to the wrong tower. First we came to the tower where we valeted the car a they were six valets in the area talking and walking around none of which spoke or asked for my ticket. There was another couple waiting no one ever spoke to them either so I finally asked the one guy left if he could take my ticket he said have they sacked it I said no you are the first person I talked to other than calling for the car from my room. He told me I have to go into the office behind me for them to stand as if I was suppose to know that. The girl scanned my ticket and said oh your car is at the other tower I said where is that she said across the street. I said am I supposed to walk there or will they bring it she said oh let me scan it again they will bring it. 15 min later I asked her if my car was still across the street or was it in the process of being brought over and she said let me call. I heard her say on the phone oh it was never moved. Another 15 min later they brought my car. Not 5star service for a 5 star hotel.

The trash cans didn’t have any liners in them. We stayed in room 1223. The walls are thin it sounded like our neighbors in 1224 was in the same room as us. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and the front desk said our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for an hour which was way after check in so we were not able to get the room we reserved with a balcony.
