Very badly stained sheets and towels, completely unusable. Broken bed, chair and window slats. Reception closed during check in and out and no response to emails post stay. Booked for two nights - checked out after one due to terrible experience.

Lovely hotel just back from the beach really recommend its got that old style feel and welcomed our dog. Had a room on the courtyard.

It was clean except the bottom sheet had black grit on it as if someone before us had used it and not changed. The blanket would not be even warm enough for a dog bed it would be thrown away if given to the op shop. there was no electric blanket and the heater which we had to leave on all night because of the thin blanket took all the oxygen out of the room. We were glad we were the only ones there as a shared 1 bathroom had the toilet in it and it would be for maybe 4 Rooms. The place was well kept and quiet it was a charming setting. The book in was not explained well as we had trouble getting the code I think that was the fault of last minute.com.au. Manly is a great place to go and the accommodation is well placed for transport but take blankets with you if it is the middle of winter as we went then. I was close to the beach in a quiet street.
