We had a peaceful stay

Overall a nice hotel. My door did not close on its own, and needed to be repaired, the pipes are noisy, the walls are thin, and a few other things about the place that are easily forgotten about. The staff by far is what stands out as the best thing about this hotel. The staff was really good. Especially the valet staff, they were incredible.

The first time i was in a room that had a dog smell. The carpet needed replacing

The beds were in poor shape, hard in several places, costing my guest and myself to lose a decent night's sleep. The bathtub was extremely small, hard to get into, and lacking any handrails to assure our safety while showering. The ad featured the use of computer resources; none were available. The room rented was at a premium cost, as I intended to treat my guest to a fancy stay in a quality hotel. Shame on you, Hyatt Regency Atlanta!

it was in a good location. However, the rooms were very old looking, bathroom toilet didn’t flush, wallpaper peeling off the wall and they charge for parking $25 per night. No breakfast included so for the price it really wasn’t like ideal.

Great Location especially if going to a game or concert. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and bar on main level is what’s happening, had a dj and a Photo Booth equipped. Wish I got to the roof top bar (one of the reasons I booked) but there was a private event! Disappointed but that means I have to come back when in the area.
