The room was very clean and had a pleasant smell, the view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was friendly, and the valet staff were very pleasant. The elevators were modern and efficient, with little to no wait time. Areas for improvement include updating the outdated tub/shower, particularly the molded faucet and broken rain shower head. The continental breakfast was overpriced and bland, and the breakfast service was disorganized. Staff gave no directions to patrons, we waited a long time to be served after seating ourselves, and drinks were never refilled—something that would have been easier if it were self-serve.

The hotel ambiance was amazing the Christmas decor was unmatched. My room was big, beautiful, and clean. The bed was very comfortable just for me. Nice bathroom just wished they had an adjustable shower head it is one of those fall shower heads I had to improvise from getting my hair wet. The spa was good emjoyed my massage. The dining area where breakfast was served was good. The food could've been a little more hotter but the quality and choices were good. Should definitely have more hotel staff to help guests, but overall great stay.
