The hotel has great aesthetic ,but the staff lack politeness. I went to get coffe in the morning and I didn’t even didn’t even get a Good morning back from the worker who I didn’t even know had taken my order without letting me complete my questions. The area around is not so safe to walk or near great spots. I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would return again.

Not a rockstar stay

We rarely rate a hotel. This property is not up to standards. The location is great but everything else is horrible, you will not be happy. We waited with a lobby full of angry guests until 4:30/5pm for a room to be ready, check in is at 3pm. It's all "kiosk check in" with a staff member walking around-pure chaos. The bar was the same, one bar tender that was nice but overwhelmed. Twenty mins and still no soda. The electronic shade in our room was not operational, maintenance was not working that day, it was a mess. So, the shade is stuck in one position and the one staff member has no idea how to solve it. No "cold" water, again no maintenance bc they are short staffed. Just book across the street or even 50 miles away! It was awful. Lines for the operating elevators were going through the hotel, one was always out of order. No staircase inside the building-only next to valet and that ls exit only.

Clean but disconnected

Definitely a clean hotel. The modern self-serve element was convenient at times, but made it a little harder to connect with staff. This was most noticeable when questions arose about the property or surrounding area and best ways to maximize time in Atlanta.
