This is the place to stay if visiting mercedes benz arena and state farm arena. It was a 3 min walk. The valet parking is very convenient and I liked that it was covered. If you are going for an event get there really early. Traffic was nightmare during club world cup. The room was fairly quiet. A little misic was audible not sure if it was from the lobby or roof. I would imagine it would be pretty loud on a friday or Saturday. The food was excellent and not horribly priced. I didnt like the feather pillows.and they only offer 2 per bed so if yoy need extra, bring them.

The lobby was dirty and loud. Customer service was horrible. The room style i booked was not available eventhough I had a reservation. The room i was given smelled like thich moisture mixed with foul body odor. I was told i was all set to check out early and contact expedia for the refund for the two nights i would not be staying and only received a refund for one night. I will never consider this place again. Complete waste of money.

The hotel was nice its just the way the lobby is set up they have a restaurant in front so finding the front desk was kinda confusing i didn't like that the whole restaurant can see you walking in with your stuff its just kinda uncomfortable because you have to pass it to get to the desk and the hotel staff don't have the best attitudes
