We didn’t get to stay because they only accepted cards and we had cash, a lot of cash. They let thousands of dollars leave due to this dumb policy

Modern amenities Old-fashioned customer service!

The customer service was amazing! I haven’t seen that kind of customer service in years! From check-in to security guards to help desk! The parking lot attendant even remembered us and knew where we parked our car the next day and we didn’t use valet!! Picture of security guard who helped a couple of ladies who got lost!

We stayed for an Atlanta United soccer match and being just across the street with ramp parking was excellent. The check-in process was slow with kiosks that confused everyone. They did have two helpful humans that helped after the kiosk adventures frustrated the people.

Not good enough for the price.

The breakfast was really poor, not included in the price and only à la carte. My room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. The AC malfunctioned during one night and I had to move to a different room at 2am. Window isolation also not really good, you can constantly hear the traffic outside. All cuttlery, cups and plates at the restaurant are disposable, lots of unnecessary waste. 18% gratuity automatically included in the check. On the plus side, the service was good, staff was competent and helpfull.

Nice property in a nice area but the room doesnt have a microwave, fridge is very small (we had to find it), housekeepers didnt come at all we had to go ask them for towels also there was no closet or dresser or drawers to put our stuff. Its no really walkable but food shopping and "things to do" are within a mile or 2. Quick uber. There's parking at the hotel but its additional charges between $38 and $45 per day. There's a cheaper parking lot next door but it seems a little sketchy.

This is a GREAT location to the State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. Downside was the lights in the room would come on randomly. People are sleeping and the lights would come on.

The person at check-in was great. I felt bad for her because it wasn't her fault that the self checkin systems were not working and housekeeping did not clean the rooms until the afternoon so our check-in was delayed alot! She apologized profusely and was very personable.
