I was only there for one night, but from the moment I called for the shuttle and arrived, I was treated like a VIP! Mr. D absolutely deserves a shoutout—he was an outstanding shuttle host. Honestly, he should be teaching classes on excellent service. He was awesome , friendly and definitely deserves a raise! The front desk staff were just as wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but the older blonde lady who checked me in was as sweet as can be. Check-out was a breeze, and the gentleman at the front desk that morning was very pleasant as well. Now, about the shuttle driver who took me to the airport in the early morning... let’s just say he wasn’t quite on the same level. Maybe it was just the early hour, but his service was a bit disappointing. That said, it didn’t ruin my stay at all. Overall, this is a great place, and I’ll definitely be staying again!

When we arrived on April 25th we were told no reservation for 26 to 28th. We had to contact hotel.com. The manager/supervisor on duty on the 25th was not very help ful and once the issue was corrected she indicated Im glad we were able to help, however she was not very helpful.

Everyone was so sweet here. We arrived late from a trip far away and they accommodated us. Very clean amidst a little bit of worn edges here and there but great facility with free parking near the airport.

It was ok for the price. The outside could use a few cosmetic changes. There’s rust on the front bottom part of the hotel. Our sheets weren’t the cleanest. Requested new linens with no problem. The staff was ok. They didn’t go above and beyond but we didn’t have any major problems. Breakfast was standard.

This hotel is outdated. We had to switch rooms twice. We booked a one bedroom. First room had dirty, torn upholstery on living room couch. Second room had a draw that wouldn't stay closed and a fridge that didn't work correctly. All rugs in those two rooms were dirty. Hallways dirty old rugs. Third room had been done over, with two queen beds. This was a correct hotel room, although the done over bathroom had no towel racks and just one hook on the wall. Breakfast was adequate, parking free. Staff was very nice and helpful - it must be hard to work in a place that you know is not up to par. There was a small indoor pool that the children liked, we did not use it. Overall, while price was affordable, location good, free breakfast and parking were a plus, I would say you might want to find another hotel near the airport. Staff said they are in the process of doing over the hotel, but...
