The room was cleaner than the public areas. The elevator lobby floors and elevators were filthy. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Limited breakfast items when compared to other hotels. The staff was kind.

The hotel was close to the airport which was nice however not being familiar with ATL i didnt not feel safe being outside after dark it didnt seem to be a safe area. Also we did not get a shuttle from the airport because it never showed up even after we called. Was on hold for at least 20 minutes, hung up then called back and spoke to someone who said the shuttle would be there soon...never showed up. We had to pay to get to the hotel by another shuttle. The shuttle is a main reason why i chose the hotel. The room was ok. Could have been cleaner, had to call to get a remote, replaced towels but not shampoo/conditioner which i feel goes hand in hand (stayed 2 night's) The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice enough, not real happy about paying for parking but that was far out overshadowed by how rudely we were treated by the person at check in. I had asked for rooms close together and 1 of our 2 rooms needed to be an accessible room. The person checking us in looked my mother up and down then said loud enough for the entire lobby to hear what my mothers disability was. How very rude! First of all, you cannot ask what the disability is for anyone! Secondly, i had requested that we be close room wise when i booked the room 3+ months ago. Due to the rudeness of this staff member, i will never stay at a La Quinta Inn again nor will i stay at any Wyndham hotel. Do better! Train your staff better!

The carpet had a strong humid smell, and breakfast was disappointing—bland, with even the coffee lacking quality. The airport shuttle never arrived when we landed, and on departure it dropped us at the domestic terminal instead of international. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a long stay.
