I really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta. I was greeted by the nicest shuttle driver at the airport that also got me back for my departure flight. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were super accommodating too. My only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom would be great then just cut out. I am going to assume it’s due to the construction. Other than that I really have no complaints!

The Valet people are very aggressive. It was only 1 of them. I dont know his name but he was very disrespectful and aggressive. He worked all weekend and again i dont know gis bame, however, he was older and wore a vest. He needs customer service training.

I didn't like that I had to pay $25 per day for parking and i spent 5 days there. It was also $24 per person for breakfast per day if you wanted breakfast there. which I didn't It is $50 per day deposit.

#1) the shower was moldy and dirty-I showed photos to the attendant at the desk of the black mold in the shower around the shampoo and condition and around the grab bar, but he seemed unbothered. 2) the sink drained very slow so if you washed your hands or brushed you teeth, you had to wait 30 min or more before the sink was free of water. 3) Smell....did not smell clean. Especially when getting off the elevator going to room...bad 4) hard to get into the property. I know they were remodeling but to get into the property and find the correct entrance was difficult-Suggest you change route on GPS/Google to help eliminate frustration for your patrons. Area around was pretty sketchy. People sleeping or laying out in the day time on the sidewalks.....Not good

The property is undergoing renovations so the room I had was not in the best condition. I would not have stayed here with my children but as a solo traveler I felt safe and the room was quiet. I had a room across from the elevator but couldn’t hear anything. Staff was great. Airport shuttle was timely. 15 minute drive from the stadium.
