I paid for breakfast on the app. When i got to the hotel management informed me kit was not included Secondly none of the ice machines worked and staff was inconsistant with service Will not recommend this property ever not a great representatio of the sonesta brand.

Receptionist that worked the night shift was not friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and she simply said they didn’t have any. She did not even try to accommodate us, she just brushed us off and made excuses for their house keeping. The Woman in the morning was much nicer and I wish she had som more help with the mass arrivals from cancelled flights.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. There are tons of food options nearby that’s in walking distance. The shuttle though was hard to find at the airport we ended up taking an uber. All in all though it was a good stay.

You have to pay $26 for breakfast each day $25 for parking each day $50 dollars deposit for each day Room have no microwave, to heat food you have to go to the lobby each time besides that i think everything is fine.
