Rypically rhink highly if Hyatt Place properties when used before. Property itself was fine. Room had 1 bedside light not working, tap at bar sink was loose, had iron but no. ironing board. No dealbreakers but little things that mount up.

This was a great hotel for our last minute booking. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was spacious for our family of 5. Would consider staying again if the need ever arose.

Only 1 of 2 elevators worked the entire 5 day stay making wait at times ridiculously long. Front desk left me on hold Twice first Day, however the night manager made that right! Policy states housekeeping must enter room once in 24 hour period despite privacy request, but the cleaning was not great in either of the rooms, both irons including replacements broken stained my white shirt.

Beautiful property with an upgraded feel of rooms and a budget friendly price. The close location near the airport was a huge plus, with the regular shuttle service being very convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast going beyond your typical hotel continental with warm options and a nice seating area to eat.

Couple of issues

Before I arrived i checked in online. About an hour later I received an email indicating that both of my rooms were ready. When we arrived at about 4:30pm, we were told our rooms were not quite ready. I’m not sure why we were told our rooms were ready if they really were not. Also, we went down for Breakfast at about 8:00am, and we were waiting for eggs to be ready. One employee said eggs should be ready soon, so we waited for about 10mins at the serving station until the staff member behind the serving window finally asked what we were waiting for, we said eggs, and she said they are all out. So i had one sausage patty and a muffin for breakfast.

Easy check-in and check out. Comfortable beds. It looked like a walking path above the stream that runs by, but it was late so we did not try it. We had to leave before breakfast so no comment on that. The gym was small but adequate. Burger Place next door was FANTASTIC. The staff know very little about getting to International side of airport. Shuttle to domestic terminal then take another shuttle over to International. Next time I would just takes a taxi etc right to \international.
