When check in at 3:00 pm give all of our info and cc,we got told the machine that makes the keys for the rooms wasn’t working, so the only person that was working at the front desk had to take us to our room and open the door, when we come back at 2:00am after our even, all the parking was full ,after going around a couple times one car left and we were able to park, got inside and we got told they needed our cc info again because we hadn’t check in, even tho we already had a room and our stuff inside, of course the key machine still wasn’t working, so the only employee at the front desk, was checking in customers and taking them to the rooms to open the door, so we had to wait, very inconvenient not being able to have a key of the room, not enough parking

Hotel was okay. Only 1 working elevator which means long wait at prime times. Hot Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy. There is a microwave so you can heat it otherwise barely warm. Received a message 2 days before check in advising that it was $18 a night to park. The fan in the bathroom runs all the time disturbing sleep. No switch to turn off.
